Managing Director
Mr. Rakesh Kumar has been the driving force behind the company's transformation since assuming leadership in 2010. Under his visionary guidance, the organization has achieved more than twenty-fold growth, evolving from a traditional service provider into a diversified enterprise with a strong presence across multiple industrial sectors.
Recognizing emerging market opportunities, he spearheaded the expansion into new business verticals, including Plastic Processing, Solid Waste Management, Power Plant Decommissioning, Civil Construction, Technical Manpower Services, and other integrated industrial solutions.
A hands-on leader, Mr. Kumar believes in leading from the front. His commitment to operational excellence, innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has shaped the organization's culture and strengthened its reputation as a trusted partner for government agencies, public sector enterprises, and private industry.
Director – Transportation
Associated with the company since its early years, overseeing transportation logistics, vendor management, manpower mobilization and field operations across every business vertical. Known for keeping the logistics network running smoothly, around the clock.
Director – Operations
A Law graduate (LL.B.) who combines legal understanding with practical business acumen. Leads day-to-day operations — planning, resource allocation and project coordination — with a hands-on style built on consistent, on-time delivery.
Head – Accounts & Compliance
With the organization for over seven years, managing accounting, statutory filings, taxation and internal financial controls. Also oversees tender management, coordinating bid preparation and documentation for government and private sector projects.
